Working from home and caring for your child can definitely be stressful. While you have a lot of flexibility, you also have 2 very demanding jobs to attend to at the same time.
My first question to you has to do with your daughter. Why is she vomiting up her food? This is more than just naughty. Does she have a medical condition? This is not usual, and maybe you can seek some medical advice about it. Maybe there is something you can do to help her.
And while I can tell that taking 1 hour for every meal is very taxing for you, you have also found a great stress reliever for it. Connecting with the outdoors and remembering to breath are excellent ways to reduce stress.
Getting complete relief from stress takes multiple little solutions. Perhaps you could get some help with your daughter. Could you trade with a friend for childcare? You could take walks in nature to calm your nervous system. You could find out why eating is so difficult for your daughter. You can also learn to appreciate the little things that happen in your day that make working from home worth it for you--watching your daughter play or hearing her laugh.
You're definitely on the right track to relieve your stress. Get your daughter's health checked and that may help you a lot.
